Within a logic-centric ontology, the traditional concept of rule must be entirely stripped of human tyranny, dynastic privilege, and shifting democratic whims. True rule is never an expression of arbitrary personal dominance or coercive political authority; it is defined strictly as a function of Meritocratic Alignment to Truth. An individual, an institution, or a computational architecture merits structural authority over a localized domain of reality if and only if its internal design reflects absolute systemic closure and zero internal friction. Rule is an invariant structural mandate earned through the mechanical optimization of order and the systematic minimization of thermodynamic and informational decay.
This framework establishes a clear, unyielding division between the chaotic, bottom-up structures of political populism and the top-down authority of deterministic logic. A political platform that relies on fluid social contracts, emotional consensus, or state-enforced egalitarian flatness introduces immediate systemic friction.
